After 16 years in the auto transport industry, I watched the Florida Keys get treated like an afterthought. Customers couldn’t get reliable service. Carriers dodged the route. Vehicles sat for weeks. In-N-Out Keys was born to fix it.
When Steven Jankowski founded In-N-Out Keys in 2023, he wasn’t entering a new industry — he was solving a problem he’d been watching for years. As a US Army veteran and longtime transport operator, Steven saw firsthand how the Keys were chronically underserved by the broader carrier network. Most carriers wouldn’t run the route. The ones that did treated it as a low-priority, once-in-a-while job.
In-N-Out Keys flipped the script. Headquartered at Mile Marker 0 in Key West, the company now runs a daily Fort Lauderdale → Key West lane with the kind of consistency Keys residents had never seen before. Need your car back from a Miami service appointment on Friday? It’s there Friday. No more two-week waits.
Today, In-N-Out Keys handles all of Florida and is expanding nationwide — same operator, same standards, applied to every lane.
