• Connecting customers with licensed, independent auto transport carriers
• Providing route information, pricing estimates, and transport coordination
• Facilitating payment processing for transport services
• Operating a network of carrier partner sites and city-specific transport pages

Important: Auto Shipping Near Me, LLC is not itself a licensed motor carrier and does not physically transport vehicles. The actual transportation of your vehicle is performed by independent, licensed carrier operators. We coordinate and facilitate that relationship on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or enter into a transport agreement. By using the Site, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, either on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our Site represent estimated pricing based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on:

• Actual vehicle dimensions, weight, or condition differing from what was submitted
• Changes to pickup or delivery location after booking
• Seasonal demand, fuel surcharges, or route availability
• Additional services requested at or after pickup

All quoted prices are all-inclusive of standard transport and insurance unless otherwise stated in writing. We will notify you of any pricing changes before your vehicle is loaded.

5. Booking and Payment

By completing a booking through our platform, you authorize us to process payment for the transport services as described. Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit or partial payment may be collected at booking to confirm your reservation
• Remaining balance is typically due at or after vehicle pickup, as specified in your booking confirmation
• We do not require full payment before your carrier has been assigned and confirmed
• All payments are processed using industry-standard secure payment technology

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Fraudulent or unauthorized payment attempts may result in cancellation of your booking and referral to appropriate authorities.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made before carrier assignment: Full refund of any deposit paid, minus any applicable processing fees.
• Cancellations made after carrier assignment but before pickup: A cancellation fee may apply. The amount will be specified in your booking confirmation.
• Cancellations after vehicle pickup: No refund. The carrier has performed services and compensation is due.

To cancel a booking, contact us by phone or email using the information in Section 13. Cancellation requests must be confirmed in writing by our team to be valid.

7. Insurance and Liability

All carriers in our network are required to maintain valid cargo insurance as required by federal law. Insurance coverage travels with the vehicle from pickup to delivery.

In the event of vehicle damage during transport:

• Document all damage on the Bill of Lading at delivery before signing
• Photograph the vehicle immediately upon delivery
• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for any damage claims
• Claims are handled directly with the carrier’s insurance provider

The Company’s liability is limited to the coordination and facilitation of transport services. We are not liable for vehicle damage, delays, acts of God, mechanical failure of the carrier’s equipment, or other events outside our direct control. Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific transport service in question.

8. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is properly prepared for transport. This includes:

• Disclosing the accurate operational status of the vehicle at the time of quote
• Removing all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to pickup (carriers are not liable for personal items left in vehicles)
• Ensuring the gas tank is no more than one-quarter full
• Disabling any toll tags or parking pass transponders
• Ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the pickup location at the agreed time
• Providing accurate and accessible delivery address information

Misrepresentation of vehicle condition (e.g., claiming operable when inoperable) may result in additional fees or cancellation of the transport at the customer’s expense.

9. Carrier Relationships

Carriers in our network are independent operators, not employees or agents of Auto Shipping Near Me, LLC. We vet carriers for valid FMCSA authority and insurance at the time of onboarding, but we do not guarantee the ongoing performance, conduct, or compliance of any individual carrier.

By accepting a carrier assignment, you agree to work directly with that carrier for the purpose of completing your transport. Any disputes arising directly from carrier performance should be addressed first with the carrier and, if unresolved, escalated to us for assistance.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent quote requests or bookings
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to access, scrape, or harvest data from the Site without authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or its infrastructure
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, route data, pricing information, and page layouts — is the property of Auto Shipping Near Me, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
